First of all, by utilizing the VR Construction Safety Training, the productivity of the workers could be improved. The users could have a better understanding of the construction safety procedures and potential dangers in an immersive VR environment. Also, the VR training system is capable of multi-users training which allows diversifying engagement. With the vivid VR scenes, it helps to develop long-term memories among workers.

Secondly, the safety awareness of workers could be enhanced by using the VR training modules. The training system provides diverse training modes for trainees to experience different levels of difficulty. The provided VR training modules include all-round safety checking such as preparing PPE, and checking if the detailed components of the tools or machines are unsafe. Moreover, we created an "Accident Imitate Mode" to let trainees experience different potential accidents in-person inside the virtual world to further enhance the safety awareness among workers in the construction industry.

Last but not least, our VR training system provides support in data management. Instead of the reliance on the printed notes and manpower in gathering trainees’ training performance, all training and exams will be done digitally through our VR program, storing the performance evaluation in a database under the backend system automatically. It helps to review the training record of the users and further analyze the users’ performance.
