Solution Description

Matrix Research Limited (product brand: ACX) has an automated visitor management system, visitors can complete the registration in advance via web portal, mobile applications and self-servicing kiosks. System enables the visitor tracking and monitoring of visitor attendance and location within a building. It is flexible in integrated with ACX Access Control System, Turnstile and Lift Destination Control System.

ACX Turnstile System supports smart card, mobile virtual card application, facial recognition and palm vein technology for user authentication. The system is capable of embedding ACX Thermal Screening, Face Mask Detection and Facial Recognition Detector to complete the accurate authentication process and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

We have provided comprehensive ACX smart building solution for large organisation, over 3,000 pcs multi-technologies all-in-one access readers have been installed at several buildings of the campus. The access readers embedded facial recognition, palm vein, Bluetooth, smart card and scramble QR code technology, which ensures the high level of security.

The organisation has also adopted ACX Turnstile Access Control Solution, Mobile Patrol Solution, Visitor Management and Facility Booking System. This smart building solution has enhanced the efficiency and productivity which leading to reduced costs.

Commercial buildings

In order to improve the security, a commercial group has adopted ACX Visitor Management System, Turnstile and Lift Control System for 12 commercial buildings in Central. The commercial group is also the first user to apply ACX Thermal and Facial Recognition Detectors on the turnstile system, which enable thermal screening, mask-on detection and facial recognition to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
