Video communication is common, but products that offer custom tailored solutions and focus on video data security are not as widely available. In light of this, Digital China ShenQi Communications System (“ShenQi”) is an audio and visual communications system that can be deployed both on the private cloud and/or public cloud servers and on-premise installation. ShenQi supports all major operating systems for easy access via mobile devices, desktops, and laptops. ShenQi offers various functionalities such as screen and document sharing, recording, and live streaming, with more features can be added or customized based on customer needs. It has been tailored to suit the specific requirements of clients from various sectors, including finance, education, healthcare, and government.

ShenQi is a proprietary system developed by Digital China’s in-house R&D team. As such, the team has complete control over the source code and can adopt to address the specific business needs of the different departments within the HKSAR Government. With the ability to customize every aspect of the communication system, ShenQi is well-equipped to meet the unique needs of public services and ensure full customer satisfaction.
